This week I had the opportunity to visit the Major’s Expo in
the Adanti Student Center. At this event, students are able to see tables set
up for each and every major that Southern has to offer. If you are an undecided
student, the Major’s Expo is easily the best way to get to see all of your
options, learn about them, and maybe find something that catches your interests
that you didn’t even know existed. Because I have decided on a major in
Communication Disorders, aka speech pathology, I didn’t really visit too many
of the other tables that were there. I did get to ask about the career, and the
requirements. I think it’s safe to say I have a long journey ahead of me, but
one that I’m certainly looking forward to.
