Well we have officially made it to the half way marking
point! With the excitement comes the underlying nerve wracking knowledge of the
coming midterm grades. I have one more grade to be received, but so far I can’t
say I am anything but happy with what I’ve gotten. Of course, there is always
room for improvement in anyone. I’m not exactly sure what my GPA would be right
at this point, but I don’t think it would be bad at all. I think it would be
mostly average, but of course these aren’t our final grades. I think my grades
definitely represent the amount of time that I put into the class. For my
wellness class I have an A+ and I would have hoped it would look like that
because I have definitely done the most work in that class and put in the most
effort when it comes to writing papers. I believe highly in the idea of “what
you put in is what you get out”, unfortunately sometimes when a person is faced
with a simple task they don’t always go the extra mile to get even better
grades when they know they will pass without trying. This is true when thinking
of myself personally and I will be the first one to admit that. When you have a
ton of tasks thrown at you all at once its easy to get overwhelmed, so
sometimes the easy way out seems to be the most logical right? I guess it may
true for an situation. However, I believe that during the last half of this
semester I need to really put in my full effort and my grades will amaze me.
Overall, I am proud of the grades I have accomplished so far this year, and can’t
wait to see what the future holds.
